Lack of time and too much stress leaves us with little energy to be creative. We have to carve it out where we can, and try to create a space in which nothing else matters. It's not easy. Life does take a turn after 40; statistically speaking you are most likely closer to death than birth! Oh, that probably did not help, but I’m there with you.
